Imagery
Photography is used as visual storytelling. Images should represent the brand and the message with energy, vibrance and life. Our location photography is aspirational while retaining a sense of realism. Product photography leverages heroic angles and provides easy brand recognition for our bestbrand products.
The red Ace Helpful Place logo is prominent on all panels of a mailer or postcard. Our Ace Rewards logo must also be visible on all panels of a mailer or postcard and visually represented as the Ace Rewards card.
Logo Usage
You should always use the full Ace Rewards logo instead of the Ace Rewards Card. The Card should be used only for purposes of illustration and specific card related messaging, never as the primary brand element.
Acceptable uses of the Ace Rewards Logo.
Do not use the Ace Rewards card image in place of the standard Ace Rewards logo.
Direct Mail
- On the tip card have “Customer Name” first, then “Member #:” below
- Never include an exclamation point on the tip cards
- Never use a black bar at the top of a tip card for a general offer
Fill the space of the top of the tip card (use the largest text or logo possible)
Email
Rewards focused Emails should follow the standard acehardware.com email guidelines in terms of general layout and photography.
Apply the standard header, footer and progress bar across all emails.
